…Go write a review or blog post.
When I finish reading a good book, I want to…
…Sit in a quiet room, without interruptions, and think.
…Feel the emotions, bitter or sweet, and let them be.
…Listen to the closing line echo in my mind.
…Thank the author, even though they’ll never hear me, for impacting my life through their story.
Because a good book doesn’t end on the last page.

I must confess…I haven’t read any John Green books…though I’ve heard great things about them! 🙂 It was a Neil Gaiman book that inspired this post for me.

Oh well, then take this suggestion from me. If you ever happen to read his books, start off with either ‘Looking for Alaska’ or ‘Paper Towns’. Don’t start with ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ because it’s a little overrated. Happy reading 🙂

Same here! Dark Moon by David Gemmel was the first book I read by this author and is still a book a re-read at least once a year. 🙂

He was a British author. Sadly, he passed away a few years ago, but you can still buy most of his books on Amazon, I think? 🙂

I can think of several books that are like this but mainly On the Back of the North Wind. That book is …amazing. Move on to the next activity ( unless it’s coffee. Coffee’s an activity right? )
